Select a display language.
Select a digital service language (DTV mode only).
Select a subtitle display type between Normal and For Hard of Hearing
according to your needs. Depending on the TV programmes and your
preferences, availability of subtitle language may vary.
• Normal - The language will be shown based on your priority below.
• For Hard of Hearing - If this function can be supported by the
programme, the substitle specifically designed for the hearing-impaired
will be displayed regardless of your choices; otherwise, the default value
of Normal will be automatically applied.
Select a subtitle language of your first priority for TV programmes.
Select a subtitle language of your second priority for TV programmes. The
language will be shown when the language of your first choice is not
available.
Select an audio language type between Normal and For Hard of Hearing
according to your needs. Depending on the TV programmes and your
preferences, availability of audio languages may vary.
• Normal - The language will be heard based on your priority below.
• For Hard of Hearing - If this function can be supported by the
programme, the language specifically designed for the hearing-impaired
will be heard regardless of your choices; otherwise, the default value of
Normal will be automatically applied.

language will be heard when the language of your first choice is not
available.
You can set to receive audio description service to have narration of
selected programmes.
Adjust the audio description volume.

When the picture format is set to Cinema mode (see page 27), you can
adjust the vertical position of the display to view the top and bottom
sections that have been cut off due to the image expansion. Press
to adjust the vertical position of the picture by up to +10 and downwards by
up to -10.
