DESCRIPTION
The M54/74HCU04 is a high speed CMOS HEX IN-
VERTER (SINGLE STAGE) fabricated in silicon
2
gate C
MOS technology. It has the same high
speed performance of LSTTL combined with true
CMOS low power consumption.
As the intrnal circuit is composed of a single stage
inverter, it can be used in crystal oscillator.
All inputs are equipped with circuits against static
discharge and transient excess voltage.
