2.8.1 Installing Windows XP Without RAID
Using IDE Mode
STEP 1: Set Up UEFI.
Press <F2> or <Delete> at system POST. Set IDE Mode in UEFI Setup
Utility > Advanced > Storage Configuration > SATA Mode.

STEP 2: Install Windows XP on your system.

AHCI mode is not supported under Windows XP.
