Description
Assigns an IRQ# to the modem
device.

power button.
The system will switch on
when power comes back after a
power failure.
The system will remain off
when power comes back after a
power failure.
The system will return to the
state it was in before the power
failure when power returns.
(i.e: If the system was on, it
will switch on again, if it was
off, it will remain off)
