3. S ETUP Lamp The lamp for this fixture arrives installed at the factory. Do not touch the envelope (glass area) of the bulb with bare hands. If this happens, clean the lamp with alcohol and wipe it with a lint free cloth before installation.
WARNING! Note: please be sure to adhere to the following instructions and cautions before installing/servicing this lamp. Mechanical installation Because of their high luminance, UV radiation and internal pressure in both the hot and cold state, Xenon lamps may only be operated in enclosed lamp casings specially constructed for the purpose. Always use the safety covers supplied when handling Xenon lamps.
Disconnect the power cord before replacing a fuse and always replace with the same type fuse. Fuse Replacement With a Phillips #2 screwdriver, unscrew the fuse holder from its housing. Remove the damaged fuse from its holder and replace with exact same type fuse. Screw the fuse holder back in its place and reconnect power.
