Check the input TTL level
1. Printed wire is broken between P303 pin 2 and I306 pin 87.

7. C325, C326, C327, C328, C329,C330 is short.

8. R339, R340, R341, R342, R343, R346, R347, R348,
R349, R350 ,R351, R352 is short or open.
9. I306 is defected.
