3. Tap Background color or Text color to display the color list.
4. Select the color, and tap OK to return to the previous screen.
5. To return to the Tab Settings screen, tap OK.
6. Tap OK on the Tab Settings screen to return to the Home screen.
When a background image is set, the background image will stay intact
and not change even if a background color is set. Note, however, that if the
image does not completely fill the background, the background color will
form a border around the image. Background color and text color can also
be set from the View menu.

TOSHIBA Screen Resolution

Using the TOSHIBA Screen Resolution, you can change the screen display
mode from Quarter Video Graphics Array (QVGA), which uses 240 x 320
pixels, to Video Graphics Array (VGA), which uses 480 x 640 pixels. The
default mode is QVGA.
Be sure to close all open programs and save your data before changing
the screen display mode.
To change screen display modes
1. On the Home screen, tap Screen Resolution.
A reset dialog warning box displays.
2. Tap OK.
3. Your Toshiba Pocket PC e800 is now reset and it will automatically
restart.
