CaLiBratinG the SCanner

1. Insert the CALIBRATION PAPER, with the white side facing down,
into the FEED SLOT as instructed on the CALIBRATION PAPER.
2. Press the MENU button to bring up the System Menu.
3. Press the LEFT/RIGHT button to select Setup.
4. Press the UP/DOWN button to select Calibration.
5. Select OK to begin the calibration process.
note: the process will take few minutes to finish, and then the scanner
will turn off automatically.

uSinG the photo proteCtive SLeeve

We recommend using the supplied PROTECTIVE SLEEVE for 4" x 6" photo
scanning to ensure proper placement and that the photo is flat as it feeds through
the scanner.
Place the photo inside the PROTECTIVE SLEEVE with the image visible through
the clear film.
When loading a photo in the PROTECTIVE SLEEVE into the scanner, make sure
the sealed edge is fed into the scanner first.
note: Do not place a laminated photo/document into the proteCtive
SLeeve as it may damage the photo by adhering to the plastic.
