The warning light does not come
on. (See the NOTE below.)
Have a Yamaha dealer
check the electrical circuit.
NOTE:
If, after the warning light goes off, the key is turned to "OFF" and then immediately back to "ON", the warning light may not
come on again, but this does not indicate a malfunction.
Turn the key to " ".
The warning light comes on.
Wait a few seconds.
The warning light
does not go off.

section on page 6-32 for further
instructions.
