Temperature too high
alarm (only with some
models)
• Use this setting when switching on the appliance for the fi rst
time, before cleaning, and when inserting larger quantities of
food (see Freezing process).
If the temperature is too high, an acoustic alarm will be activated
(intermittent beep) and the signal light D will start to fl ash.
Acknowledge and switch off the alarm by pressing the C key.
Signal light D will go off automatically when the refrigerator
reaches a suffi ciently low temperature to prevent the food from
spoiling.
• Acoustic alarm will be activated every 24 hours if the
refrigerator temperature still hasn't reached a suffi ciently low
level and there is, as a result, danger of food spoilage. The
acoustic alarm will be automatically deactivated when the
refrigerator reaches a suffi ciently low temperature to prevent
food spoilage.
• After the appliance is switched on for the fi rst time, there is
a 24-hour delay in the temperature alarm operation to allow
the refrigerator to reach the set temperature and to prevent
unnecessary alarm activation.
