Close the LCD monitor.
The status indicator A flashes green and the unit goes into
Quick Start standby mode.
≥ The lens cover does not close.

Open the LCD monitor.
The status indicator A lights red and the unit is put
into recording pause.
≥ Quick Start Standby Mode is cancelled if
j about 5 minutes elapsed

≥ Depending on the recording conditions and menu settings, time for Quick Start may be
longer than 0.6 seconds.
≥ It may take some time for Automatic White Balance to adjust.
≥ In the Quick Start Mode, the zoom magnification becomes approx. 1k.
≥ When it has gone into Quick Start Standby Mode automatically with the [ECONOMY
(BATT)] (l 37)/[ECONOMY (AC)] (l 37), close the LCD monitor once and open it again.
≥ Turn the unit off using the power button.

Touch screen operation, starting and stopping of recording and unit on/off can be confirmed
with this sound.

Register 3 favourite operation icons.
≥ The default settings are,

Touch [SELECT OPERATION ICONS].

Touch the operation icon you would like to change to cancell the setting.

Touch the operation icon to be set.
≥ Name of the function is displayed by touching and holding on the operation icon.
≥ To cancel, touch the operation icon again.
