Symptom
Karaoke operations
11.Key control and Once more are not
possible with a MIC featuring controls.
12.Even when playing a multiplex disc,
the singer's voice cannot be heard.
13.There's howling.
14."PICK A KARAOKE SONG" is
automatically displayed.
15.Song reservation is not possible with
a Video CD with Playback Control.
16.Karaoke operations aren't possible.
17.There's no sound from the MIC.
Caution:
Abnormal functioning of this unit may be caused by static electricity, or other external interference. To restore normal operation,
unplug the AC power cord and then plug it in again.
Possible causes
The MIC is not connected to the MIC control jack.
ONE-TOUCH KARAOKE is ON.
The MIC is too close to the speakers.
The KARAOKE MODE is ON.
Playback Control is switched OFF.
The selected mode is NORMAL. Press the KARAOKE
MODE button on the main unit to select the KARAOKE
MODE.
With an amplifier featuring a digital input, the audio output
jack is not connected (with an analog audio cord).
With a Dolby Digital compatible amplifier (an amplifier on
which the AUTO setting can be selected for SIGNAL
SELECT), AUTO is selected.
