Working with Accounts

You can use up to eight different messaging accounts with the Smartphone. For information on
setting up an account, see section 5.2. This section describes the features of using the accounts.

Viewing the List of Accounts

Changing the Accounts Quickly

On the Home screen, press the Start soft key
Accounts/Folders. Do one of the following to change the accounts:
Press the Up/Down key to select an account.
Scroll to an account, and press the Select soft key to open the Inbox of this account. Then you
can press the Left/Right key to quickly change to the Inbox of another account.

Changing E-mail Account Options

On the Home screen, press the Start soft key and select Inbox.

If necessary, press the Left/Right key to change to the account you want.
3.
Press the Menu soft key and select Options. Modify the settings and press the Done soft key.

Deleting an Account

1.
On the Home screen, press the Start soft key and select Inbox.
2.
Press the Menu soft key and select Options.
3.
Select Account Setup.
4.
Scroll to the account to delete, press the Menu soft key, and select Delete.

Press the Menu soft key and select Accounts/Folders. The list of
accounts displays with the number of unread messages in the
Inbox of each account shown in parentheses.
