Advanced play
Title search
After a period of time, the number of MP3 tracks
will increase in the internal memory storage. This
is where the title search function comes in handy
to enable you the convenience to search for your
desired track.

Press [TITLE SEARCH] to start the
search.

Press [R/T] repeatedly to select the fi rst
character of the desired track.
R : Search in descending order (other
characters, 9 to 0, Z to A).
T : Search in ascending order (A to Z, 0 to 9,
other characters).
Example:
Indication that there is no match

When there are more than one track
that match with the selected character,
press [Y/U] repeatedly to search for your
desired track.
Example:

Press [OK] to select and play the track.
Note:
This function will skip tracks that are created with
basic recording (Z page 16).
This function does not work with any random or
program mode.
The character is not case sensitive.
A same track title display will be shown for tracks
with the same title.

Play List
You can store up to 10 play lists. Each play list stores
up to 99 tracks.

Press [4/9, MEMORY] and then [8]
(stop).

Press [PLAY LIST].

Press [R/T] to select the desired play
list.

Press [OK] to confi rm.
"PL01 EMPTY" is displayed if no track is found in
play list named "PL01".

Press [R/T] to select the desired album.

Press [Y/U] to select the track.

Press [OK] to store the selected track.

Press [EDIT MODE] and then repeat step
5 to 7 to store other tracks.

Press [4/9, MEMORY] to start play.

press [OK] to clear the track.
Clear all
Press [8] (clear) in the stop mode,
tracks in a
"CLEAR?" is displayed. Within 5
play list
seconds, press [OK] to clear all
tracks.
