7. Serial ATA connectors (7-pin SATA1, SATA2)
These connectors support the thin Serial ATA cables for Serial ATA hard disks. If
you installed Serial ATA hard disks, you may create a RAID 0 or RAID 1
configuration.

8. Serial port connector (10-1 pin COM2)
This connector is for a serial (COM) port. Connect the serial port module cable to
this connector, then install the module to a slot opening at the back of the system
chassis.
The serial port bracket is purchased separately.
