1. Whip egg with water, add spinach, minced pork, minced shrimp, stir well.
2. Season with pepper and soy sauce, stir well.
3. Pour mixing to a cup for steam, garnish with spring onion, wrap with plastic wrap, open
a little hole on top.
4. Move to microwave oven, choose steam function, heat for 5 minutes or until well done,
take out from oven.
1. Clean squids pull off and discard the mottled skin, drain. Mix pork with herbs pounded
and soy sauce. Stuff in squid but not too full.
2. Arrange stuffed squids on dish for steam, heat in microwave oven for 3 minutes or until
well done. Take out from oven and slice 1.5 cm. thick, transfer to serving dish.
3. Mix coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce and sugar in a strong glass blow, heat in 3
microwave oven until boil, add half kaffir lime leaves and red spur chili pepper, stir well.
4. Pour curry on squids, garnish with the remain kaffir lime leaves and red spur chili pepper.
1. Whip eggs with half bell pepper, spinach and mushroom, season with salt and pepper,
stir well.
2. Pour oil in a strong glass dish, heat until hot, add egg mixing, put in microwave oven
and choose roast function, cook until well done.
3. Top with the remain mushroom, bell pepper, spinach and two cheeses. Heat again until
cheese melt and turn to golden brown color. Take out from oven, serve with tomato
sauce or chili sauce.
1. Prepare vinegar for sushi rice by heat vinegar, salt and sugar together in microwave oven
until boil and sugar dissolve, set aside.
2. Heat Japanese rice until hot and mix with vinegar, cover until rice absorb vinegar.
3. Place Nori on bamboo sushi mat, Spread sushi rice on top of the nori. Place blanched
shrimp lengthwise on the rice. Roll up the bamboo sushi mat, pressing forward to shape
the sushi into a cylinder. Press the bamboo mat firmly with hands. Unwrap the bamboo
mat. Cut the sushi roll into bite-size 3 cm pieces. Arrange sushi on plate for microwave
oven by cut-side up.
4. Dash with bell pepper, cheese, oregano and seaweed flake. Heat in microwave oven by
use roast function until cheese melt and turn to golden brown color. Serve.
