    Remove this protective coating with a sol- vent cleaner or citrus-based degreaser such as Grizzly’s G7895 Degreaser. To clean thoroughly, some parts may need to be removed. For opti- mum performance from your machine, make sure you clean all moving parts or sliding contact surfaces that are coated.

    Cabinet Assembly To assemble the cabinet: Assemble the four cabinet sides together with the eight M8-1.25 x 16 hex bolts and nuts. Using a hoist and straps that can hold at least 600 lbs.     Cutting Fluid System FIRE HAZARD! DO NOT magnesium using oil-water solutions as a cutting fluid! Always use a cutting fluid intend- ed for magnesium. The water in the solution will cause a magnesium-chip fire. This bandsaw has a built-in cutting fluid system that extends the life of your bandsaw blades by lowering the temperature of the blade and workpiece.

    Setting Feed Rate Feed rate is the speed at which the bow and the saw blade cuts through a workpiece. The feed rate dial adjusts the feed rate. If a lubricant is used while cutting, the feed rate can be increased by approximately 15%.
