Instructions
1.Clean fish by clear all entrails, drain. Rub with salt, stuff with herb
crushed and lemongrasses, kaffir lime leaves. Wrap around fish by
pandanus leaves.
2.Arrange on griddle, put in the microwave oven and choose grill function.
Cook about 8-10 minutes or until turn to golden brown and well done.
3.Meanwhile make dipping sauce by crush chilies with garlic, season with
fish sauce, sugar and lime juice. Stir well, set aside.
