Solution
 Check the ring tone and ring volume settings under Profiles.
 Check that the phone is not muted (press and hold the # Key).
 Check the key tone settings in the current profile.
 This is not a phone setting. Contact your service provider for more
information on extending the ring time.
 Check for network coverage.
 Check whether any call restrictions are set.
See Text Msg. Settings and check that the SMS centre number is correct.

Your subscription does not include data services. Contact your service
provider for more information.
 Restart your phone every day to refresh the memory.
 Delete or archive old SMS messages and other content using Master reset.
Possible network coverage issue. Check the signal strength. With only 1 or 2
bars, the battery has to work harder to maintain contact with the network.
Limit Multi-Media and Bluetooth usage to save power. The battery may be
worn out and need to be replaced.
 Confirm that the charger is inserted correctly.
