Scramble

The Scramble feature makes transmissions
sound garbled to anyone listening without the
same code. Scramble default value is OFF. To
change the scramble code during radio's
normal operation, the Scramble feature must
be programmed to either SB1 or SB2.

Reverse Burst

Reverse Burst eliminates unwanted noise
(squelch tail) during loss of carrier detection.
You can select values of either 180 or 240 to be
compatible with other radios. The default value
is 180.
