Bandwidth Select

Default setting for Bandwidth Select is 12.5
KHz. Some frequencies have selectable
channel spacing, which must match other
radios for optimum audio quality.

Time-Out Timer

When pressing PTT buttons, transmissions
can be terminated by setting up a Time-Out
Timer. The radio can be programmed to turn
the radio 'OFF' in either 60, 120 or 180
seconds.

Battery Type Setting

The XTNi™ radio can be powered by either
Alkaline or Lithium-Ion batteries.

Call Tones

Call Tones enable you to transmit to other
radios in your group by alerting them that you
are about to talk or alerting them without
speaking.

Scramble

The Scramble feature makes transmissions
sound garbled to anyone listening without the
same code. Scramble default value is OFF.
Note: Some of the features available with the CPS
software may vary depending on the radio
model.
Reverse Burst
Reverse Burst eliminates unwanted noise
(squelch tail) during loss of carrier detection.
Can select values 180/240.
