Remove the two black screws at each end of the heater as shown in Fig. 1. This will allow the lower front
panel to drop down and be lifted clear of the heater. Set carefully to one side.

Remove three screws along the bottom edge and the three screws at the rear of the top panel as indicated
in Fig. 2. With hands positioned on each side of the panel rotate the base of the front panel away from
the heater, whilst lifting upwards to unhook the top from the end panels. The panel can now be lifted clear
and set to one side. Remove the packing pieces from the slots of the inner front (one on the 70305S and two
on the 70315S) see Fig. 3. Removing the top panel will also remove the room temperature control knob.

Remove the inner front panel by unscrewing the screws
along its top and sides. As the front insulation is
attached care must be taken when lifting this panel from
the heater and placing it to one side, the insulation
must not be damaged.
REMOVE ALL THE PACKING CARDBOARD FROM INSIDE THE
STORAGE BRICK COMPARTMENT, IF LEFT INSIDE IT WILL BE SET
ON FIRE WHEN THE HEATER IS SWITCHED ON.
