General Information

Frost kits
Frost protection is fitted as standard on all models. Frost protection operates
automatically (as required) whenever the appliance is connected to the electric power
supply.
If power has failed and there is a risk of damage from frost, turn off the gas supply to the unit
and open a tap slightly to allow flow through the unit. This may prevent damage from freezing.
If the appliance is not going to be used for an extended period and the electric power supply
is disconnected, turn off the water and gas supplies and arrange for your plumber to drain all
water from the appliance to prevent frost damage.
If for practical reasons a plumber is unable to drain your system we have an instruction sheet
on how to drain the unit at the back of this manual.
