to use it with certain
types of vehicle seat
belts.

is called LATCH (Lower
Anchorage and Tether
for CHildren). LATCH
may ONLY be used
IN PLACE of vehicle belt
if vehicle is equipped
with LATCH anchor
points. Please refer to

for LATCH locations in
vehicles.
