Note: The most common mistake made when installing a tape drive occurs when
the cables are connected improperly. To avoid this problem be sure to plug the
striped edge into Pin One and plug the cable onto the pins properly.
14 Next connect the floppy cable to the middle
connector of the tape cable so that the stripe is
on the same side.
15 Feed the free end of the tape cable out through
the open bay of the computer.
