Replacing the PicturePack

The PicturePack contains a new photo cartridge and
photo paper.

Checking the PicturePack Status

When the PicturePack is low on ink, you see this icon
in the upper-right corner of the LCD screen.
You can check the PicturePack status at any time.
1. Press the Menu button.
2. Press the d button to highlight the Maintenance
menu, then press the right soft key.
3. Press the d button to highlight Check
PicturePack Status, then press the right soft key.

4. You see a screen showing the PicturePack status.
Press the right soft key to close the screen.
When PicturePack needs replacement, you see a
message on the LCD screen.
Note:
Illustrations in this section show the PictureMate PM
240. The instructions for the PM 280 are the same.
PictureMate uses PicturePack equipped with an IC
chip. The IC chip monitors the PicturePack status.
