What to do, when...

Certain problems are due to the lack of simple maintenance or
oversights, which can be solved with the help of the instructions given
here, without calling out an engineer.
...a flashing fault code appears
The dishwasher will not start or stops during operation. All push
buttons are inoperative except for the On/Off push button and a
combination of indicator lights, as indicated in the following chart, are
flashing. Open the dishwasher's door and carry out the following
suggested corrective actions.
Fault code / Malfunction
- Indicator light of the

is flashing.

light "End of

The machine does not fill
with water
- Indicator light of the

is flashing.
- 2 flashes of the
indicator light "End of
programme".
The dishwasher will not
drain
- Indicator light of the

is flashing.
- 3 flashes of the
indicator light "End of
programme".
Possible cause
The water tap is blocked or
furred with limescale.
The water tap is turned off.
The filter (where present) in
the threaded hose fitting at
the water inlet valve is
blocked.
The water inlet hose has not
been correctly laid or it is
bent or squashed.
The siphon is blocked.
The water drain hose has not
been correctly laid or it is
bent or squashed.
Protection against flooding is
active.

Solutions
Clean the water tap.
Turn the water tap on.
Clean the filter in the
threaded hose fitting.
Check the water inlet hose
connection.
Clean out the siphon.
Check the water drain
hose connection.
Close the water tap and
contact the Service Force
Centre.
