What to do if...
Malfunction
The appliance does not
drain the water.
The anti-flood device
operates.
The programme does
not start.
After the check, switch on the appliance. The programme continues from the point of
interruption.
If the malfunction shows again, contact the service centre.
If the display shows other fault codes, contact the service centre.
The necessary data for the service centre is on the rating plate.

Possible cause
The water pressure is
too low.
The water tap is closed. Open the water tap.
The filter in the water
inlet hose is blocked.

water drain hose is not
correct.
The water drain hose is
damaged.
The appliance door is

The mains plug is not

Contact your local wa-
ter authority.
Clean the filter.
Make sure that the
connection is correct.

Close the water tap
and contact the serv-
ice centre.
Close the door correct-
ly.
Put in the mains plug.
Replace the fuse.
