The TrimStar Hydro uses a Kawasaki 15hp or 17hp
engine. Primary source of information is the engine
operator's manual, which is included with the TrimStar
Hydro owner's manual packet. For additional copies order

Hydraulic transmission information

Power to wheels is supplied by two Hydro-Gear IZT
integrated pump/motor units.
During warranty period, check with your Hustler dealer
before attempting repairs on any tractor system.
Unauthorized repair work can void warranty of tractor,
engine, and other components.
