Name Description This section lists the Groups. Groups A Group stores up to 8 Profiles. Group in Use is the active Group of profiles on the KEYMANDER.

    KEYMANDER User Manual Profiles and Groups The main page is used to create Profiles and Groups. A Profile is a unique keyboard/mouse configuration that is created and saved in a Group. Each Profile has custom settings for your keyboard and mouse. A Group (of profiles) is uploaded to the Group in Use for use - one at a time.

    3. KeyMander Software Software Basics The way to use the KeyMander software is to: 1. Click New and create a Profile for your keyboard/mouse settings - the Profile is saved in a Group. 2. Upload the Group to Group in Use. 3.

    3. KeyMander Software Customizing Controls This section explains how to configure the keyboard and mouse controls with the KeyMander software. To get to this screen- create a new Profile, or double click a Profile from the main screen. The instructions are split into the Top and Bottom sections of the Configuration screen, as shown below: The Top section is for profile and mouse settings.

    KEYMANDER User Manual Turn Assist Turn Assist helps you continue long mouse movements without having to move the mouse. Turn Assist works by holding down the Turn Assist Button and moving your mouse. The turn will continue automatically until you let go of the Turn Assist Button.

    3. KeyMander Software Calibration Calibration allows you to adjust the relationship between Mouse Velocity (physical mouse speed) and Aim Velocity (on-screen speed). Function Description Aim/Look Aim/Look is the fine adjustment of on-screen movements during normal game play, when your view-mode is not zoomed-in.

    KEYMANDER User Manual Ballistics Curve The Ballistics Curve shows the relationship between Mouse Velocity (physical mouse speed) and Aim Velocity (on-screen speed). When the physical mouse and on-screen speed are the same, the curve looks like this: Mouse Velocity increases from left to right and Aim Velocity bottom to top. A perfect diagonal line means the mouse and on-screen speeds match.

    KEYMANDER User Manual Bottom The bottom section of the configuration screen is used for Mapping the controls, setting Turbo, and Macro setup. Mapping Each PS3 controller button can be mapped to a keyboard, mouse, or joystick. Each button has a box: Blue displays the PS3 controller button, White the mapping, and K, M, or J displays the device: Keyboard, Mouse, or Joystick it’s mapped to.

    Chapter 4 Advanced Control Overview The KeyMander allows you to configure settings during gameplay directly from the keyboard connected to it. This allows you to switch profiles, enable/disable modes, change keyboard mappings and mouse sensitivity. Each control is explained in detail after the hotkey table on the next page. Beeps The KeyMander will notify you with beeps when you attempt to make changes from your keyboard.

    Chapter 4. Advanced Control Play Mode Use the [F12] hotkey to turn Play Mode on or off. Play Mode allows you to use a laptop keyboard for gameplay. When Play Mode is on, keyboard use on the laptop is locked out and the signals are redirected to the game console.
