You can register multiple quantity of items in a department by press-
ing Dept. key repeatedly or using

Input the unit price then Dept. key. One piece
of an item is registered in the department.

Press the same Dept. key again.
Every time you press the Dept. key, the item
is registered in the department.

Input the number of quantity then press the
multiplication key.

Input the unit price of the item. In this
example, three pieces of •1.35 items are
registered.

Complete the transaction by pressing
and keys.
