13. Press 25.4mm Round Inner Caps (12) into the Weight
Rests (21, 40) and the Safety Spotters (9, 48).
Insert the Weight Rests (21, 40) into the Uprights (1).
Make sure that the Weight Rests are at the same
height and that the locking clips are hooked
around the Uprights.
Next, insert the Safety Spotters (9, 48) into the Uprights
(1). Make sure that the Safety Spotters are at the
same height and that the locking clips are hooked
around the Uprights. The Safety Spotters must be
a few holes lower than the Weight Rests (21, 40).
14. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the weight bench. The use of all
remaining parts will be explained in ADJUSTING THE WEIGHT BENCH, beginning on the next page.
