The Temperature Probe
The temperature probe is a food thermometer that
gauges the internal temperature of your food. Use
the probe when you want to Convection Cook or
Combination Cook to a prefemed internal
temperature. (Its appearance may vary from picture
at right. ) The probe must be used when using Temp
properly, follow directions on the next page.
