Applying the system label to the keyboard dock base cover
On the failing base cover, there might be some labels of several kinds. If the new base cover FRU is shipped
with those labels, apply them to the new cover after replacement. For the labels which are not shipped with
the new base cover, peel them from the old base cover and adhere them to the new one.
