Problem
Service call error occurs.
Parts inside the printer are at the end of
their service life.
Print head nozzles are clogged or
misaligned.
Printer error occurs.
The maintenance box cover is open.
The maintenance box is not installed.
The maintenance box cannot be used
with the printer.
The maintenance box is full.
The cartridge lever is in the unlocked
position.
The ink cartridge is not installed.
The ink cartridge cannot be used with
the printer.
The ink cartridge is expended.
Solutions
Turn off the printer and then back on. If
the error does not clear, contact Epson.
