Portable Mikroport Receiver Model T 203
The receiver Ela T 203 is a smaH and light pocket FM-receiver for the Mikro-
port wireless microphone transmitters SK 1005, SK 1008 or SK 1007. Two fixed
frequencies are provided, 36.7 and 37.1 MHz, other frequencies are optional.
The 7 transistor circuit is powered by a 9 V battery or a 7.5 V NC-battery.
A supply voltage below 6 volts should be avoided because it would result in
deviations of the local osciHator frequency and consequently distortion of the
audio signal in the demodulator. The on/off switch is combined with the volume
control,
located at the top panel. The adjustable audio output voltage of
approximately 1 volt can be taken off a miniature phone jack on the top panel
which contains also the channel switch and the threaded antenna mount.
There is a choice between a telescopic antenna Model ETA 203 or a shoulder
strap antenna.
A range of appraximately 300 feet can be achieved in an open field with the
transmitter SK 1008, when applying the telescopic antenna. This range will be
reduced to about half with the shoulder strap antenna.
The circuit is constructed
as a printed circuit panel, carrying the various
shielded stages as complete sub-assemblies. They are the mixer stage, the
first, second and third IF-stage 107 MHz and ratio detector and a two-stage
AF-amplifier.
