YourEurekacleaneris warrantedto be freefrom all defectsin materialandworkmanshipin norrnalhousehold use for a periodof oneyear.Thewarrantyis grantedonlyto
the originalpurchaserand membersof hisor her immediatehousehold. The warrantyis subjectto the following provisions:
What This Warranty Does Not Cover

What Eureka Will Do
Eurekawill, at its option, repairor replacea defective cleaneror cleaner partthat is coveredby this warranty.As a matter of warrantypolicy,Eurekawill not refund
the consumer'spurchase price.
