• Proper instullution is the responsibility of the instuller.
Product fuilure due to improper instullution

Air conditioner break-in period
NOTE - As with ony mechonicol device with moving
ports, this unit will hove o weor-in period. AFTER
INSTALLATION, this unit should be operoted for/48
hours to ochieve optimum efficiency.

properly grounded. Where a 2-prong wall outlet
is encountered, it is your responsibility and
obligation to have it replaced with a properly
grounded 3-prong outlet.

15-omp time deloy fuse or circuit breoker.
The 3-prong grounding plug minimizes the possibility of
electric shock hozord. If the woll outlet you plan to use
is only o 2-prong outlet, it is your responsibility to hove it
replaced with o properly grounded 3-prong woll outlet
Do not, under ony circumstonces, cut or remove
the third (ground) prong from the power cord.
Do not chonge the plug on the power cord of this
oir conditioner.

Some models require 230/208-volt u.c., protected
with u time deluy fuse or circuit breuker.These
models should be instulledon their own single
brunch circuit for best performunce ond to prevent
overlouding house or upurtment wiring circuits,
which could cuuse u possible fire huzurd from
overheuting wires.
IMPORTANT!
GE strongly recommends the removal of the old wall case
and the installation of a new GEWall Case.If you DO NOT
use a GEWall Cese,you run the risk of poor performance
or product failure. This is not covered under the terms of
the GE warranty.
