TROUBLE SHOOTING_ ____________________________________________

PROBLEM
No hot or cold water
Water is not cool
Water is not hot
No water running
out from faucets
POSSIBLE CAUSES
1. Over consumption of hot or
cold water in short period
of time
2. No power supply
1. Dispenser is unplugged
2. Cooling switch not on
3. Allow 4 hours for water to
reach cold temperatures.
4.The fuse is blown/circuit
breaker is tripped
5.Temperature limiter tripped
1. Dispenser is unplugged.
2. Heating switch not on.
3.The fuse is blown/circuit
breaker is tripped
1. Empty bottle
2. Inlet of bottle supporter
blocked by bottle seal
3. Dispense 4 cups of water
from each faucet.

SOLUTION______________
1. Wait 30 minutes
before using again
2. Connect plug to socket,
turn on heating or
cooling switch.
1. Push plug completely into
Outlet.
2. Check to be sure cooling
switch is turned to ON
4a. Replace house fuse or reset
circuit breaker.
4b. If too many items are
plugged into a single
circuit, move some items
to a different circuit
5. Set the hot and cold power
switches to OFF position.
Wait 30 minutes, then set
switches to ON position.
Wait 30 minutes for water
to heat or cool.
1. Push plug completely into
outlet
2. Check to be sure heating
switch is turned to ON
3a. Replace house fuse or reset
circuit breaker.
3b. If too many items are
plugged into a single
circuit, move some items
to a different circuit
1. Replace with new bottle.
2. Clean out wasted paper
and bottle seal, install
the bottle again.
