Usingthe oven.
To avoid possible bums, place the shelves in the desired position before you turn the oven on.

Before you begin...
The shelves have stop-locks, so that when
pla(ed (one(tly on the supports, they _411
stop before (oming (ompletely out, and
xdll not tilt.
When
pladng
and removing
cookware,
pull the shelf out to the bump on the
shelf support.
To remove a shelf,pull it toward you, tilt
the fiont end up and pull it out.
To replace,place the end of the shelf
(stop-locks) on the support, flit up the
fiont and push the shelf in.
NOTE: 3 0" ovens(shown}have 7 shdf positions.
27"ovens have4 shelfpositions.
How to Set the Oven for Baking or Roasting

Press the BAKEpad.

Press the TEMP+

desired temperature.

Press the STARTpad.

cooking is complete.
NOTE" On some models the lower oven is
controlled with a knobor knobs.Toset theoven

bakingiscomplete.
If youhavea two knobsystem, t urnbothknobs to

Preheating and Pan Placement
Preheat the oven if the recipe calls fi)r it.
To preheat, set the oven at the conect
temperature.
Preheating is necessm y tot
good resuhs when baking cakes, cookies,

Aluminum Foil

broiler pan and broiler grid. However,
you must rooM tim foil tightly to the grid
and cut slits in it just like the grid.
