FISHER & PA YKEL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
When you purchase any new Fisher & Paykel whiteware
Product you automatically receive a 2 year Manufacturer's
Warranty coverin_ parts and labor for servicin_ within the
48 mainland states, Hawaii and Washington D. C.
FISHER & PA YKEL UNDERTAKES
TO
Repair or, at its option, replace without cost to the owner
either for material or labor any part of the Product, the
serial number of which appears on the Product, which is
found to be defective within TWO YEARS of the date of
purchase.
This warranty is extended to the original purchase
and any succeedin_ owner for products purchased for
ordinary home use in the 48 mainland states, Hawaii and
Washington D. C.
In Alaska the warranty is the same except that it is
LIMITED because you must pay to ship the product to the
service shop or for the service technician's travel costs to
your home.

A. Service ca[Is to which are not related to any defect in
the Product. The cost of a service cat[ wit[ be charged
if the problem is not found to be a Product fault.
For example:
1. Correct the installation of the product.
2. Instruct you how to use the product.
3. Replace house fuses or correct house wiring or
plumbing.
4. Correcting fault(s) caused by the user.
5. Change the set-up of the product.
If you have an installation problem contact your dealer
or installer. You are responsible for providin_ adequate
electrical, exhaustin_ and other connection facilities.
B. Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit
breakers.
C. Defects caused by factors other than:
1. Normal domestic use or
2. Use in accordance with the Product's User Guide.
3. or used commercia[ty.
D. Defects to the Product caused by accident, neglect,
misuse, fire, floods or Act of God.
F. The cost of repairs carried out by non-authorized
repairers or the cost of correcting such unauthorized
repairs.
G. Normal recommended maintenance as set out in the
Product's User Guide.
SERVICE UNDER THIS MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY MUST
BE PROVIDED BY FISHER 8_ PAYKEL.
SUCH SERVICE SHALL BE PROVIDED DURING NORMAL
BUSINESS HOURS.
THIS WARRANTY CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE SHOWN WHEN
MAKING ANY CLAIM.
WARRANTOR IS NOT RE:IPON;IIBLE
FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Some states do not allow the exctusion or [imitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
[imitation or exctusion may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state. To know what your
legal rights are in your state, consult your focal or state
consumer affairs officer or your state's Attorney Genera[.
