Removing the Optical Drive

Prerequisites

1 Follow the instructions from step 1 to step 7 in "Removing the Base Cover" on
page 11.
2 Remove the battery. See "Removing the Battery" on page 21.

Procedure

1 Peel the mylar from the optical-drive assembly.
