Tips on Freezing Foods

To freeze meat, fish and poultry,
wrap well in
freezer-weight foil (or other heavy-duty wrapping
material) forming it carefully to the shape of the
contents_ This expels air_ Fold and crimp ends of the
package to provide a good, lasting seal
Don't refreeze meat that has completely thawed; meat,
whether raw or cooked, can be frozen successfully only
once,,

• To remove shelves, tilt the
shelf up at front, then lift it up
and out of the tracks on the
rear wall of the refrigerator.

• Use shelves or bins on the door for most often used

longer when stored in closed plastic containers or

shelves, select desired shelf height. With the
shelf front raised slightly, engage the top lugs in the tracks
at the rear of the cabinet. Then lower the front of the shelf
until it locks into position
