Installation
1. Adjust s upport b rackets, ffnecessary, towidthof
motor.
2. Placemotorin brackets, w ithclosedportionof
motorcaseon top.
3. Placemotorstrapovereachresilientringmotor,
at thetabs.
4. Secureto bracketwithmachine screwsand nuts.
5. Insertsheave onto diemotorshaft.
6. Installbeltfrommotorsheave to die blower
pulley. A lign the sheave and pulleyas short;.
Move motorsheaveto achieve alignment; do not
move blowerpulley(seeFigure9).
7. Tighten beltto the propertension. W hen
correctly tightened, d iebeltwilldeflectabout 1/2
inchby hand(seeFigure10).
8. Rotateblower wheelbyhandto seethatit moves
freely without r ubbing againsthousing.
Check motormounting to besure all screwsand
nutsare tightened down.

openand allair reliefsystems operating. N otesheave
pitchset screw(seeFigure10).
Removal
Unplug motorcord from junctionbox,loosenset
screwin motorpulleyto removebeltand pulley.
Loosen andremovenutsandscrewson support
brackets. R emove motorstrapsfrommotor.Pull
motorfrombrackets(seeFigure11
).
Do not exceed maximum
amperage
output as stamped on the motor
specification
plate or motor can
overload.

power to the cooler and insure that belt
is not rotating before adjusting
belt tension by
changing diameter

sheave. Adjust
belt tension only by adjusting
motor bracket.
