Attaching a Viewfinder to the
Adapter
When the adapter is mounted on the top of the camera, a
viewfinder can be attached to the adapter, using the
viewfinder shoe supplied with the adapter.
Fix the viewfinder shoe to the adapter with the supplied
two screws.
Note
When the L handle is attached to the camera, the attaching
condition may be limited, owing to the viewfinder position
and the rotating position of the hood.
For how to attach the viewfinder, refer to the operation
manual of the camera and that of the viewfinder.
Attaching the Center Handle
(Supplied With the Camera) to This
Adapter
The center handle supplied with the camera can be
attached to this adapter.
The attaching method is the same as that when attaching it
to the interface box of the camera. Refer to the operation
manual of the camera and that of the viewfinder.
Connection and Setting
of the Recorder

Connection

Connect between this adapter and the SRPC-1 (HKSR-
101) docked to the SRW-1.
For connection, use an optional hybrid optical camera
cable that conforms to ARIB (BTA S-1005B), ANSI/
Viewfinder shoe
SMPTE (304M-1998/311M-1998), or EBU (R100-1999).

Settings on the Recorder

When optically connected with the camera as shown
above, set the VIDEO I/O items of the VIDEO menu of the
SRW-1 as follows:
