Definition of sense data

Operation was normal.
A write to a disk terminated abnormally.
Failed to update the defect list due to a disk medium write error, etc.
An error occurred in power-on self-diagnosis.
A hardware error occurred inside IDD.
A drive error occurred.
A disk read error occurred.
A disk read error occurred.
Data discrepancy found by VERIFY command byte check.
An SCSI error, such as an invalid operation code, occurred.
The Reserve bit of the IDENTIFY message was set to 1.
The RESERVE UNIT, RELEASE UNIT, or PRIORITY RESERVE
command cannot be executed because the SCSI ID of the INIT was
not posted in the SELECTION phase.
FC parity error
An unmounted or inappropriate message was received.
An overlap command was issued.
