NOTE: If you run
TI InterActive! before
installing Microsoft .NET
Framework, any
TI InterActive! operation
that requires the .NET
Framework will display
an error message when
you try to use it.

To install TI InterActive!:
1. Close all open programs.
2. Insert the TI InterActive! CD in your CD-ROM drive.
3. If the installer does not start automatically, click the
Windows Start button, and then click Run. Type
D:\setup.exe
, and then press Enter. (Substitute the letter of
your CD-ROM drive if it is not D.)
4. Follow the displayed instructions. When the installer has
completed, it returns you to the Windows desktop. You may
need to restart the computer before using TI InterActive!.
Microsoft .NET Framework is installed automatically on
computers that don't already have it.
After downloading the executable file, either:
Double-click the file.
– or –
Click Start
Run and then type the file's path name.
If your computer does not have Microsoft .NET Framework, you
can download Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or later from the
Microsoft Web site (windowsupdate.microsoft.com).
You can keep your Windows operating system up-to-date by
downloading updates from Microsoft.
1. Make sure your computer has access to the Internet.
2. Use your Web browser to go to the Windows Update Web site
(windowsupdate.microsoft.com).
