Due to the memory features of the Thunder i860, the board requires
the use of a Memory Expansion Card (MEC), shown below.
Configuration of the memory may require Continuity RIMMs (C-
RIMMs). If C-RIMMs are required, it will be shown in the example.
Please take care to note the shadings in the RIMM sockets, and the
corresponding value in the Installation Legend.
