When viewing the Caller Display records, press the
UP or DOWN button to find the record you wish to
store.
When the record is displayed, press the
PHONEBOOK button.
The display shows the cursor blinking on the
first digit of the number.
To modify the number, press the UP or DOWN
button to move the cursor to the number you want
to change then input the new one or press the
DELETE button to delete.
Press the OK/MENU button to confirm.
Input the name.
See page 19 for entering letters.
To modify an existing name, press the UP or
DOWN button to move the cursor to the character
you want to change then input the new one or
press the DELETE button to delete.
Press the OK/MENU button again to save the Caller
Display record into the Phonebook memory.
When the Caller Display record is displayed;
Press the DELETE button.
The display prompts DELETE CALL?
DELETE CALL?
DELETE CALL?
DELETE CALL?
DELETE CALL?
Press the OK/MENU button again to confirm.
Press the
/
button to return to the standby
mode.
When the Caller Display record is displayed.
Press and hold the DELETE button.
The display prompts DEL ALL CALLS?
Press the OK/MENU button to confirm.
The display automatically returns to standby
mode.
OR press the
/
button to cancel and return to
the previous menu.
Calls are charged at Local Call rate.
