Select the desired data, and then
select "Print".
When Check then Print is selected
Only one file can be selected at a time.

Prints one proof set before
printing multiple sets. The
document data will be deleted
after printing.
Prints data in the mailbox that is
specified by User ID. The
document data will remain in the
mailbox until it is deleted.
Prints data in the mailbox that is
specified by User ID. Password is
also required to print confidential
documents saved in Secure
Mailbox. The document data will
remain in the mailbox until it is
deleted.
Enter the desired number of copies, and
then select "OK".
When the Function Parameter "15 Check
then Print Qty" (Printer Settings > Key
Operator Mode) is set to "Yes", the screen
confirming the number of copies is
displayed. For more details, refer to Printer
Settings in the Operating Instructions (For
Function Parameters) of provided CD-ROM.
When Mailbox is selected
All files can be selected at a time with the
"Select All" button.
When the Function Parameter "16 Mailbox
Print Qty" (Printer Settings > Key Operator
Mode) is set to "Yes", the screen confirming
the number of copies is displayed. Enter the
desired number, and then select "OK". For
more details, refer to Printer Settings in the
Operating Instructions (For Function
Parameters) of provided CD-ROM.
